Central Asia may again become one of the leaders in this economy of ideas, as it was in the days of Avicenna, Biruni, Farabi, Khorezmi, Balasagyn, Firdowsi, Navoi and other geniuses of Central Asia. Historically saturated with ideas and culture, the region should take a course in the direction of a creative economy, which will increase the well-being of the population, promote in practice the concept of a green and smart economy, which will ensure a breakthrough in today’s world.
